Adrian Vid is a global leadership and quality expert, beekeeper, and the founder of Beehive Leadership®. He brings over 20 years of international experience in Quality, EHS, and Integrated Management Systems, leading large, multi-site organizations through transformation.
His approach blends strategic clarity with system coherence: purpose, interfaces, and feedback loops that make quality lived, not enforced. Adrian’s leadership practice is grounded in presence, rhythm, and trust, the same principles he learned at the hive.
Throughout his career, Adrian has worked at the intersection of strategy, operations, and risk, where quality is not a department but a system property. His work spans highly regulated environments, global manufacturing networks, and leadership teams under transformation pressure.
